Unexpected news has come from miHoYo that this game developer is now preparing a special event for Honkai: Star Rail (HSR) and are set to introduce characters from the Fate universe. Details about the event are still very limited, but the Honkai Star Rail x Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works collaboration is currently planned for Q3 2025. Both game developers, miHoYo and Type-Moon, share no comments.
Honkai: Star Rail x Fate/Stay Night Collab
The announcement of the collaboration was made by miHoYo through their official X account on Friday (19/7). miHoYo also shared a new trailer for Honkai: Star Rail version 2.4. This collaboration has clearly surprised fans of both franchises. Although some had speculated that a new project was in the works after some HSR staff were known to have visited Type-Moon’s office and chatted with Kinoko Nasu.
The two parties discussed many things there on behalf of Honkai: Star Rail (HSR) and Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works, ranging from minor topics to Nasu’s request to buff the character Klee in Genshin Impact.
